Donna Adams* Founder | Wealth Manager
Donna created this firm in 2004 with a clear mission — to help her clients solve problems and prepare for a joyful and secure retirement. For Donna, retirement planning isn’t just a profession; it’s a passion. She brings time-tested experience to every meeting, developing a deep understanding of a client’s goals and aspirations. She then presents her guidance and strategies in plain English, all in a comfortable setting.
Donna’s career began in project management and as a trade show manager, where she discovered an ability to connect with people. Seeking a more flexible career path, she transitioned into the financial services industry and never looked back. Over the years, Donna has gained extensive knowledge and skills. She holds several professional licenses, including life, health and annuities, and has passed the FINRA Series 6, 7, 26, 63 and 66 securities exams. She is also an Investment Adviser Representative, licensed in multiple states.
Outside the office, Donna enjoys life in Johnsburg with her husband and Paradise career partner, Mark, where they’ve lived for many years. Together, they have raised three children, Rebecca, Jereme and Eric, and are proud grandparents to seven grandchildren. Donna loves spending time outdoors and cooking on her BBQ, smoker or Blackstone. She’s also an enthusiastic baker, quilter and crafter.
Mark Adams Financial Strategist
With a knack for numbers and simplifying complex strategies, Mark has a talent for articulating financial solutions in clear, easy-to-understand terms. He finds the most satisfaction in his work when everything comes together to create positive, personalized retirement outcomes for clients.
After starting his career as a carpenter, Mark went on to launch and manage several successful businesses. Building on these experiences, Mark developed a keen understanding of financial strategies and business growth. He holds health, life and annuity licenses and is continually expanding his industry knowledge through focused training. His ability to combine real-world experience with strategic thinking makes Mark an ideal guide alongside his wife and founder of Paradise Financial Partners, Donna.
Outside the office, Mark enjoys life with Donna, whom he married in 2004 on the island of Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands. Living in Johnsburg, they raised a wonderful family with three children and now have seven grandchildren to chase and brag about. Mark loves the great outdoors, where he spends time fishing, boating or riding his motorcycle. He’s also an avid cook who loves exploring new recipes.
